I just signed up for the Project Sinai classes. I wanted to be certain my pc would run properly before tomorrow’s class. I checked out the “Soul Diet”. I have some major work ahead. I am only 20 minutes into the shiur and see all the “junk” my mind is ingesting. There is hope!
