Thanks for the info, it made me feel intelligent during the post-chazras Hashatz pause tonight.
Ezras Torah Luach does not omit Tachanun at mincha on the 13th.

Chasidim are always omitting Tachnun, that’s why I love davening in Chassidishe places.
They also do Chazaras Hashatz quickly.
